Storage Units
Moving from a storage unit into your residence? Let us know what you are moving and the size of your storage unit. We will let you know if you reserved a unit that's too small, too large or just right.
If you are moving out of a unit, just tell us the size and how packed it is. We will then be able to provide you with a flat rate quote. Storage units are pretty straight forward. These facilities are meant to have people load/unload as efficiently as possible. Make sure to let us know which floor you're on and how far your unit is from the elevator. This will help us provide you with an accurate rate the first time. The more information that you provide, the more peace of mind you will have on move day!
Single Item Moving
Are you buying something from a private party through a place like: Craigslist, Offerup, Facebook Marketplace, or an Estate Sale?
Single item moving is priced on a flat rate system, not hourly rates. We move single items such as: Refrigerators, couches, beds with headboards/foot boards, kitchen tables and more! Additionally we move bedroom sets, dining room sets, living room sets as part of this “small job” service. Rest assured that you are getting a high level service at a low rate.
Most single item jobs take only 45-90 minutes (on average)depending on the pick up and drop off locations. If your bed requires disassembly and reassembly, it may take longer.
We started out as a single item delivery service and expanded to what you see on this site. However, we never stopped moving single items as we expanded to full home moves and specialty services such as; Piano Moving, Safe Moving, Vending Machine Moving, Arcade Moving, Restaurant Equipment, & other services.
Rates and Pricing
Our rates vary from job to job. We do hourly rates or flat rates. Please note that flat rates may seem higher than hourly rates, but they are based on a series of questions and information given. We see what needs to be moved, where it's going from and to (distance traveled) and if there are stairs involved. Then we come up with a custom rate for your moving needs.
Hourly rates:
If you do not have list or it's too many items to list. We can do an hourly rate. Please be ready to send images of each room and its contents.
Flat Rates:
Based on a list of items or a picture of the total items. If we can see exactly what were moving and it's a small list of items, we can provide you with a firm flat rate.
